Time Off Map generates dates and PTO suggestions from the information you enter and the visible preset assumptions. It is not an employer scheduling system, payroll record, legal opinion, collective-bargaining interpretation, or guarantee of leave approval.
Your responsibility
Before acting on a result, compare several generated dates with your official roster and confirm the required PTO charge, shift boundaries, holiday treatment, relief times, blackout rules, and approval procedures with your employer.
No warranty
The service is provided as available without warranties that every preset matches every workplace variation or that access will be uninterrupted. Schedule names such as Kelly, Pitman, DuPont, and 4-on/4-off can describe different local arrangements.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use automated traffic that burdens the site, or present a Time Off Map result as an official employer-issued schedule.
Exports and shared links
You are responsible for reviewing exported files and deciding who receives a shared configuration link. A recipient with the complete link can view the encoded schedule settings.
Changes
Features and these terms may change as Time Off Map improves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
